Cancellation Policy and Charges

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

All refunds are subject to a 3% administration fee.

All prices are including 20% VAT. VAT Registration number 328 4029 09

Block Buy Conditions

Blocks are assigned to one person and are not shared

All blocks have an expiry date.

Expiry Dates

Seasonal Offers - 1 Month

Intro and Off-Peak Offers - 3 Months

Blocks and Single Classes - 6 Months

Membership rules

Memberships can not be paused. Our memberships can offer a low rate per class and in exchange we ask for commitment.

ALL MEMBERS Class spaces are subject to availability.

You must book your classes to reserve a space.

GOLD & SILVER MEMBERS

For the fairness of your fellow students and the studio. If you cancel a class late or no-show more than twice over a one-month period, you will be charged a late cancellation fee which will be the full price of the class you have missed.

Personal Belongings

The Movement Studio ltd is not responsible for any individuals personal belongings.

Prenatal

To join Pregnancy classes you must have passed your 12 check. Non prenatal classes are not suitable for pregnant students.
