High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more calories in less time.
Weights Classes (NEW)
Gain strength by working with weights in a small group setting - 5 People.
Our instructors will support you through this hour long class to help build your strength, confidence and postural awareness when using Hand Weights, Kettle Bells and TRX.

Incorporating, kettlebells, Cardio and the use of suspension straps which uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. It is done with straps that are attached to the wall with hooks.
