YOGA
Vinyasa Flow classes are based on flowing movements guided by our breath. Each class builds strength, flexibility and awareness throughout the entire body. The nature of flowing in harmony with the body allows your mind to completely focus and relax, and we end with a time of rest to allow you to enjoy the full benefit of your practice.
Restorative Yoga enables deep relaxation. It involves holding poses for longer periods of time with props that completely support the body, and the main focus is to achieve physical, mental, and emotional peace without strain or pain.
Our Yoga classes aim to give you a well-rounded personal experience. The focus of the classes is on breathing, alignment, movement and relaxation. We want you to get the most out of this class and leave feeling refreshed.
Groups of up to 17 people
One to One and Duets upon request.
